حَدَّثَنَا مُؤَمَّلٌ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ وَحُمَيْدٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُعْجِبُهُ الْقَرْعُ فَكَانَ إِذَا جِيءَ بِمَرَقَةٍ فِيهَا قَرْعٌ جُعِلَتْ الْقَرْعُ مِمَّا يَلِيهِ.
English Translation
Mu'ammal told us: Hammad told us, from Thabit and Humayd, from Anas, who said: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, liked the gourd, so whenever a broth was brought containing gourd, the gourd would be placed on the side nearest to him.
