English Translation
Muhammad ibn Ja'far told us: Shu'bah told us, from 'Ata' ibn Abi Maymunah, that he heard Anas ibn Malik say: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, used to enter the place of relief, and I, along with a boy of about my age, would carry a small water vessel and a short spear, and he would cleanse himself with the water.
