حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَنَسُ بْنُ سِيرِينَ عَنْ أَخِيهِ مَعْبَدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ شُعْبَةُ قُلْتُ لَهُ سَمِعْتَهُ مِنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ قَالَ نَعَمْ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الْعَزْلِ قَالَ لَا عَلَيْكُمْ أَنْ لَا تَفْعَلُوا ذَلِكُمْ فَإِنَّمَا هُوَ الْقَدَرُ.
English Translation
Bahz narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: Anas ibn Sirin told me, from his brother Ma'bad ibn Sirin, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri — Shu'bah said: I said to him, "Did you hear it from Abu Sa'id?" He said: "Yes" — from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, concerning withdrawal: "There is no blame on you if you do not do that, for it is only decree."
