English Translation
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'Allah decreed the good deeds and the bad deeds, then He made that clear. Whoever intends a good deed but does not do it, Allah writes it for him as one complete good deed. If he intends it and does it, Allah writes it for him as ten good deeds up to seven hundred times, to many more multiples. And if he intends a bad deed but does not do it, Allah writes it for him as one complete good deed. If he intends it and does it, Allah writes it as one bad deed.'
