Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُوسَى، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ، عَنْ إِيَاسِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الأَكْوَعِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ رَجُلاً، عَطَسَ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ لَهُ " يَرْحَمُكَ اللَّهُ " . ثُمَّ عَطَسَ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " الرَّجُلُ مَزْكُومٌ " .
English Translation
It is narrated by Hadrat Iyas ibn Salamah ibn al-Akwa (may Allah be well pleased with him), from his father, that a man sneezed in the presence of the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), so he said to him: 'Yarhamuk Allah (May Allah have mercy on you).' Then he sneezed again, and the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: 'This man has a cold.'
Urdu Translation
حضرت سلمہ بن اکوع رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ اپنے والد سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ ایک شخص نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے پاس چھینکا تو آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے اسے فرمایا: یَرْحَمُکَ اللّٰہُ۔ پھر اس نے دوبارہ چھینکا تو نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا: یہ شخص زکام میں مبتلا ہے۔
