حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ حَمْزَةَ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ عِيَاضٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ جَيْشًا، غَنِمُوا فِي زَمَانِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم طَعَامًا وَعَسَلاً فَلَمْ يُؤْخَذْ مِنْهُمُ الْخُمُسُ .
English Translation
Hadrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be well pleased with them both) narrated that an army gained food and honey as spoils during the time of the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), and the one-fifth was not taken from them.
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے زمانے میں ایک لشکر نے کھانا اور شہد غنیمت میں حاصل کیا تو ان سے خمس نہیں لیا گیا۔
