Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، وَعَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ صُهَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَعْتَقَ صَفِيَّةَ وَجَعَلَ عِتْقَهَا صَدَاقَهَا .
English Translation
Hadrat Anas ibn Malik (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) set free Umm al-Mu'minin Hadrat Safiyyah (may Allah be well pleased with her) and made her emancipation her dowry.
Urdu Translation
حضرت انس بن مالک رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے حضرت اُمّ المؤمنین صفیہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا کو آزاد فرمایا اور ان کی آزادی کو ان کا مہر قرار دیا۔
