حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، أَنَّ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَهُمْ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ قَالَ " هَذِهِ عُمْرَةٌ اسْتَمْتَعْنَا بِهَا فَمَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ عِنْدَهُ هَدْىٌ فَلْيَحِلَّ الْحِلَّ كُلَّهُ وَقَدْ دَخَلَتِ الْعُمْرَةُ فِي الْحَجِّ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ " . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ هَذَا مُنْكَرٌ إِنَّمَا هُوَ قَوْلُ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ .
English Translation
Hadrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be well pleased with them both) narrated that the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: This is an Umrah from which we have benefited. Therefore, whoever does not have a sacrificial animal should exit ihram completely. Umrah has been incorporated into Hajj until the Day of Judgment. Abu Dawud (upon him be mercy) said: This (as a marfu' narration attributed to the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)) is munkar (uncommon/rejected). It is in fact the statement of Hadrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be well pleased with them both) himself (and not the words of the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), blessings and peace of Allah be upon him).
Urdu Translation
حضرت عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: یہ عمرہ ہے جس سے ہم نے فائدہ اٹھایا ہے، لہٰذا جس کے پاس ہدی نہ ہو وہ پوری طرح حلال ہو جائے، اور عمرہ قیامت تک کے لیے حج میں داخل ہو گیا ہے۔ حضرت ابوداؤد فرماتے ہیں: یہ (مرفوع روایت) منکر ہے، دراصل یہ حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما کا اپنا قول ہے (نہ کہ حضور صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کا ارشاد)۔
