Narrated Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both): The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) came on the day of the Conquest of Makkah and alighted in the courtyard of the Kabah. He sent word to Uthman ibn Talhah (may Allah be pleased with him) (the keeper of the Kabah's key), so he brought the key and opened the door. Then he (peace be upon him) and Bilal, Usamah, and Uthman ibn Talhah (may Allah be pleased with them) entered, and he ordered the door to be shut, so the door was shut. (He (peace be upon him) and the Companions) stayed a short while, then the door was opened. I was the first of all the people to meet him (peace be upon him) outside the Kabah, and Bilal (may Allah be pleased with him) was behind him (peace be upon him). So I asked Bilal (may Allah be pleased with him), "Did the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) pray?" He said, "Yes." I said, "Where?" He said, "Between the two pillars in front of him." And I forgot to ask how many rakats he prayed.
الترجمة الأردية
سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمفتح مکہ کے دن آئے اور کعبہ کے صحن میں اترے۔ اور (کعبہ کے کلید بردار) عثمان بن طلحہ رضی اللہ عنہ کے پاس کہلا بھیجا تو وہ چابی لائے اور دروازہ کھولا اور آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلماور سیدنا بلال اور سیدنا اسامہ اور عثمان بن طلحہ رضی اللہ عنہما اندر داخل ہوئے اور دروازہ بند کرنے کا حکم دیا تو دروازہ بند کر دیا گیا۔ (آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلماور صحابہ کرام) تھوڑی دیر ٹھہرے پھر دروازہ کھول دیا گیا تو میں سب لوگوں سے پہلے آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمسے کعبہ کے باہر ملا اور سیدنا بلال رضی اللہ عنہ آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکے پیچھے تھے۔ پس میں نے سیدنا بلال رضی اللہ عنہ سے پوچھا کہ رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے نماز پڑھی ہے؟ انہوں نے کہا ہاں۔ میں نے کہا کہ کہاں؟ انہوں نے کہا کہ اپنے سامنے کے دو ستونوں کے درمیان۔ اور میں بھول گیا کہ پوچھوں کتنی رکعتیں پڑھیں؟[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 705]
