Narrated Usamah ibn Zayd ibn Harithah (may Allah be pleased with him), he said: "O Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him)! Will you stay in your house in Makkah?" So the Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Has Aqil left us any house or any walled property (so that we may stay there)?" For the heirs of Abu Talib were Aqil and Talib, and Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) and Jafar (may Allah be pleased with him) did not inherit anything, because these two had become Muslims, whereas Aqil and Talib had not become Muslims. (For this reason, a Muslim and a disbeliever cannot inherit from one another.)
الترجمة الأردية
سیدنا اسامہ بن زید بن حارثہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہانہوں نے کہا کہ اے اللہ کے رسولصلی اللہ علیہ وسلم! کیا آپ مکہ میں اپنے گھر رہائش فرمائیں گے؟ تو نبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا: کیا عقیل نے ہمارے لئے کوئی گھر یا چار دیورای چھوڑی ہے؟ (کہ وہاں رہائش کریں گے) کیونکہ ابوطالب کے وارث تو عقیل اور طالب ہوئے تھے اور سیدنا علی رضی اللہ عنہ اور سیدنا جعفر رضی اللہ عنہ کسی چیز کے وارث نہیں ہوئے تھے۔ کیونکہ یہ دونوں مسلمان ہو گئے تھے اور عقیل اور طالب مسلمان نہیں ہوئے تھے۔ (اس وجہ سے مسلمان اور کافر ایک دوسرے کے وارث نہیں بن سکتے)۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 692]
