Narrated the Mother of the Believers 'A'ishah al-Siddiqah (may Allah be pleased with her): The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "In the body of every person there are three hundred and sixty joints. So whoever says 'Allahu Akbar,' says 'al-Hamdu lillah,' says 'La ilaha illa Allah,' says 'Subhan Allah,' says 'Astaghfir Allah,' removes a stone from people's path, or removes a thorn or bone from the path, or teaches something good or commands it, or forbids something evil — this equals the number of the three hundred and sixty joints (that is, it is equal to giving thanks for them); and on that day he walks in such a state that he has freed his soul from Hell." Abu Tawbah in his narration also said: "He passes the evening in that same state (having been freed from Hell)."
الترجمة الأردية
ام المؤمنین عائشہ صدیقہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت ہے کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا: ہر آدمی کے بدن میں تین سو ساٹھ جوڑ ہیں۔ سو جس نے ((اللہ اکبر)) کہا، ((الحمدللہ)) کہا، ((لا الٰہ الا اللہ)) کہا، ((سبحان اللہ)) کہا، ((استغفراللہ)) کہا، پتھر لوگوں کی راہ سے ہٹا دیا یا کوئی کانٹا یا ہڈی راہ سے ہٹا دی یا اچھی بات سکھائی یا اس کا حکم دیا، یا بری بات سے روکا تو یہ تین سو ساٹھ جوڑوں کی گنتی کے برابر ہے (یعنی شکر ادا کرنے کے برابر ہے) اور اس دن وہ اس حال میں چل رہا ہوتا ہے کہ وہ اپنی جان کو جہنم سے آزاد کروا چکا ہوتا ہے۔ ابوتوبہ نے اپنی روایت میں یہ بھی کہا کہ وہ اسی حال میں شام کرتا ہے (کہ وہ جہنم سے آزاد ہوتا ہے)۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 546]
