أَخْبَرَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ الْجُمَحِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ الْحَجَبِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَطَاءُ بْنُ السَّائِبِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «خَصْلَتَانِ لَا يُحْصِيهِمَا عَبْدٌ إِلَّا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ وَهُمَا يَسِيرً وَمَنْ يَعْمَلُ بِهِمَا قَلِيلٌ يُسَبِّحُ اللَّهَ أَحَدُكُمْ فِي دُبُرُ كُلُّ صَلَاةٍ عَشْرًا وَيُحَمِّدُهُ عَشْرًا وَيُكَبِّرُهُ عَشْرًا فَتِلْكَ خَمْسُونَ وَمِائَةٌ بِاللِّسَانِ وَأَلْفٌ وَخَمْسُ مِائَةٍ فِي الْمِيزَانِ وَإِذَا أَوَى إِلَى فِرَاشِهِ يُسَبِّحُ ثَلَاثًا وَثَلَاثِينَ وَيُحَمِّدُ ثَلَاثًا وَثَلَاثِينَ وَيُكَبِّرُ أَرْبَعًا وَثَلَاثِينَ فَتِلْكَ مِائَةٌ بِاللِّسَانِ وَأَلْفٌ فِي الْمِيزَانِ» قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «فَأَيُّكُمْ يَعْمَلُ فِي يَوْمٍ وَلَيْلَةٍ أَلْفَيْنِ وَخَمْسَ مِائَةِ سَيِّئَةٍ؟ » قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو وَرَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَعْقِدُهُنَّ بِيَدِهِ قَالَ فَقِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَكَيْفَ لَا يُحْصِيهَا؟ قَالَ «يَأْتِي أَحَدَكُمُ الشَّيْطَانُ وَهُوَ فِي صَلَاتِهِ فَيَقُولُ اذْكُرْ كَذَا اذْكُرْ كَذَا وَيَأْتِيهِ عِنْدَ مَنَامِهِ فَيُنَوِّمُهُ»
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Hadrat Abdullah ibn Amr (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrated that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: "There are two qualities; no servant counts them consistently except that he enters Paradise, and they are easy yet those who practice them are few. One should glorify Allah after every prayer ten times, praise Him ten times, and declare His greatness ten times; that is one hundred and fifty on the tongue and one thousand five hundred in the scale. And when he goes to bed, he should glorify thirty-three times, praise thirty-three times, and declare the greatness thirty-four times; that is one hundred on the tongue and one thousand in the scale." The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: "Which of you commits two thousand five hundred sins in a day and a night?" Hadrat Abdullah ibn Amr said: I saw the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) counting them on his hand. It was asked: O Messenger of Allah, how can one not count them? He stated: "The devil comes to one of you while he is in prayer and says: 'Remember such-and-such, remember such-and-such.' And he comes to him at the time of sleep and keeps lulling him to sleep."
الترجمة الأردية
حضرت عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: "دو خصلتیں ہیں، جو بندہ ان کی پابندی کرے وہ جنت میں داخل ہوگا اور یہ آسان ہیں مگر ان پر عمل کرنے والے کم ہیں۔ ہر نماز کے بعد دس مرتبہ سبحان اللہ، دس مرتبہ الحمد للہ اور دس مرتبہ اللہ اکبر کہے؛ یہ زبان پر ڈیڑھ سو اور میزان میں پندرہ سو ہیں۔ اور جب سونے لگے تو تینتیس مرتبہ تسبیح، تینتیس مرتبہ تحمید اور چونتیس مرتبہ تکبیر کہے؛ یہ زبان پر سو اور میزان میں ایک ہزار ہیں۔" رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: "تم میں سے کون ایک دن رات میں ڈھائی ہزار گناہ کرتا ہے؟" حضرت عبداللہ بن عمرو نے فرمایا: میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کو اپنے ہاتھ پر شمار کرتے دیکھا۔ عرض کیا گیا: یا رسول اللہ! ان کا شمار کیوں نہیں ہو پاتا؟ ارشاد فرمایا: "شیطان نماز میں آ کر کہتا ہے فلاں بات یاد کرو، فلاں بات یاد کرو۔ اور سونے کے وقت آ کر اسے سلاتا رہتا ہے۔"
