Abdullah ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) would begin reciting the Talbiyah from Dhul-Hulayfah and stop upon entering the Haram. He would spend the night at Dhi Tuwa until morning. After praying Fajr, he would take a bath and say that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) used to do the same.

سیدنا عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہماذوالحلیفہ سے تلبیہ (لبیک) کہنا شروع کر دیتے اور حرم میں پہنچ کر رک جاتے، ذی طویٰ مقام پر پہنچ کر صبح ہونے تک رات بسر کرتے، پھر جب نماز فجر پڑھ لیتے تو غسل فرماتے اور کہتے کہ رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلماسی طرح کرتے تھے۔[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 787]
