It is narrated from Abu Thalaba (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) forbade eating the flesh of every fanged beast of prey.

سیدنا ابوثعلبہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے پھاڑ کر کھانے والے ہر درندے کا گوشت کھانے سے منع فرمایا ہے۔[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 1925]
