In another narration, one of the two narrators (Sad, may Allah be pleased with him) was the first person to shoot an arrow in the cause of Allah, and the other (Abu Bakrah, may Allah be pleased with him) was the twenty-third person who descended from the fortress of Taif and came to the Prophet (peace be upon him).
الترجمة الأردية
اور ایک روایت میں ہے کہ ان دونوں (راویوں) میں سے ایک (سیدنا سعد رضی اللہ عنہ) وہ ہیں کہجنہوں نے اللہ کی راہ میں پہلا تیر چلایا اور دوسرے (سیدنا ابوبکرہ رضی اللہ عنہ) وہ ہیں کہ جو ان لوگوں میں سے تئیسویں آدمی تھے جو طائف کے قلعہ سے اتر کر نبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکے پاس آئے تھے۔[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 1671]
