It is narrated by Hadrat Abu Huraira and Hadrat Zaid bin Khalid that a bedouin came to the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) while he (the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)) was sitting, and said, "O Allah's Messenger (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)! Give your verdict according to Allah's Laws (in our case)." Then his opponent got up and said, "He has told the truth, O Allah's Messenger (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)! Decide his case according to Allah's Laws. My son was a laborer working for this person, and he committed illegal sexual intercourse with his wife, and the people told me that my son should be stoned to death, but I offered one-hundred sheep and a slave girl as a ransom for him. Then I asked the religious learned people, and they told me that my son should be flogged with one-hundred stripes and be exiled for one year." the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated, "By Him in Whose Hand my soul is, I will judge you according to Allah's Laws. The sheep and the slave girl will be returned to you and your son will be flogged one-hundred stripes and be exiled for one year. And you, O Unais! Go to the wife of this man (and if she confesses), stone her to death." So Unais went in the morning and stoned her to death (after she had confessed)
الترجمة الأردية
حضرت ابو ہریرہ اور حضرت زید بن خالد رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ ایک بدوی نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا جب آپ تشریف فرما تھے، اور عرض کیا: یا رسول اللہ! اللہ کے قانون کے مطابق فیصلہ فرمائیے۔ پھر اس کا فریق مخالف کھڑا ہوا اور عرض کیا: اس نے سچ کہا، یا رسول اللہ! اللہ کی کتاب کے مطابق فیصلہ فرمائیے۔ میرا بیٹا اس شخص کا مزدور تھا، اس نے اس کی بیوی سے زنا کر لیا۔ لوگوں نے مجھے بتایا کہ میرے بیٹے پر رجم ہے، میں نے سو بکریوں اور ایک لونڈی سے فدیہ دیا۔ پھر اہل علم سے پوچھا تو انہوں نے بتایا کہ میرے بیٹے پر سو کوڑے اور ایک سال کی جلاوطنی ہے۔ آپ نے ارشاد فرمایا: "اس ذات کی قسم جس کے ہاتھ میں میری جان ہے! میں تم دونوں کے درمیان اللہ کی کتاب کے مطابق فیصلہ کروں گا۔ بکریاں اور لونڈی تجھے واپس ملیں گی۔ تیرے بیٹے پر سو کوڑے اور ایک سال کی جلاوطنی ہے۔ اور اے انیس! صبح اس شخص کی بیوی کے پاس جاؤ اور اسے رجم کرو۔" انیس نے اس کے پاس جا کر اسے رجم کیا۔
