حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ صَلَّيْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِمِنًى رَكْعَتَيْنِ، وَأَبِي بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ، وَمَعَ عُثْمَانَ صَدْرًا مِنْ إِمَارَتِهِ ثُمَّ أَتَمَّهَا.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
It is narrated from Hadrat Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be well pleased with them both) who said: I offered the prayer with the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), with Hadrat Abu Bakr al-Siddiq, and with Hadrat Umar al-Faruq (may Allah be well pleased with them both) at Mina, and it was of two rak'at. Hadrat Uthman (may Allah be well pleased with him) also offered two rak'at in the early period of his caliphate, but later he started offering the full prayer.
الترجمة الأردية
حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم، حضرت ابوبکر صدیق اور حضرت عمر فاروق رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما کے ساتھ منیٰ میں دو رکعت نماز پڑھی۔ حضرت عثمان رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے بھی اپنی خلافت کے ابتدائی دور میں دو ہی رکعت پڑھائیں، بعد میں انہوں نے پوری نماز پڑھی۔
