وبإسناده عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قال أعتم رجل عند النبي صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ثم رجع إلى أهله فوجد صبيته قد نوموا فحلف أن لا يطعم ثم بدا له فقال لامراته أيقظي الصبية فأكل فَأَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَذَكَرَ ذلك لَهُ فقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ من حلف على يمين فرأى غيرها خيرا منها فليكفر يمينه وليأتهاوَهَذَا الحديثُ لاَ نَعْلَمْهُ يُرْوَى مِنْ حَدِيثِ أبي حازم عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ إلا من رواية يَزِيد بن كيسان عنه رجع إلى أهله فوجد صبيته قد نوموا فحلف أن لا يطعم ثم بدا له فقال لامراته أيقظي الصبية فأكل فَأَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَذَكَرَ ذلك لَهُ فقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ من حلف على يمين فرأى غيرها خيرا منها فليكفر يمينه وليأتهاوَهَذَا الحديثُ لاَ نَعْلَمْهُ يُرْوَى مِنْ حَدِيثِ أبي حازم عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ إلا من رواية يَزِيد بن كيسان عنه
الترجمة الإنجليزية
With the same chain from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: A man stayed late with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), then returned to his family and found his children asleep. He swore not to eat, then changed his mind and told his wife: 'Wake the children.' He ate. Then he came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and mentioned that to him. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever swears an oath and then sees something better than it, let him expiate his oath and do what is better." This hadith is not known to be narrated from Abu Hazim from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) except through the narration of Yazid ibn Kaysan from him.
