حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ قَالَ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ قَالَ نا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ عَنِ النَّزَّالِ بْنِ سَبْرَةَ أَنَّهُ رَأَى عَلِيًّا تَوَضَّأَ ثَلَاثًا ثَلَاثًا ثُمَّ دَعَا بِمَاءٍ فَشَرِبَ وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ وَقَالَ هَكَذَا رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَفْعَلُ ثَلَاثًا ثَلَاثًا ثُمَّ دَعَا بِمَاءٍ فَشَرِبَ وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ وَقَالَ هَكَذَا رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَفْعَلُ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Hadrat Ali (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrated: Al-Nazzal ibn Sabrah saw Ali perform ablution three times each, then he called for water and drank it while standing. Then he said: "Some people dislike drinking while standing, but the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) did as I have done."
