حَدَّثنا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قال أَخْبَرنا عَبد الأعلى وحَدَّثنا بن مهدي قال أخبرنا عَبد الرزاق جميعا ذكراه عن مَعْمَر عَن الزُّهْرِيّ عَن سَعِيد عَن أَبِي هُرَيرة عَن النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قال تتركوا المدينة كأخير ما كانت لا يغشاها إلاَّ العوافيريد عواف السباع والطيروهذا الحديث لا يحفظ إلاَّ عن مَعْمَر ويونس
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Nasr ibn Ali narrated to us, he said: Abd al-A'la informed us. And Ibn Mahdi narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Razzaq informed us — both mentioning it from Ma'mar, from az-Zuhri, from Sa'id, from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him), from the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) who stated: «Madinah will be left in the best state it has ever been; no one will enter it except the roaming beasts» — meaning the scavenging animals of wild beasts and birds. This hadith is not preserved except from Ma'mar and Yunus.
