حَدَّثنا مُحَمد بْنُ عُثمَان بْنِ كَرَامَةَ قَال حَدَّثنا عُبَيد الله بن موسى قَال حَدَّثنا ابْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَن الْحَكَمِ عَن سَعِيد بْنِ جُبَير وَمِقْسَمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِي اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ أُصِيَب رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ فَطَلَبَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ أَنْ يُوَارُوهُ حَتَّى بَلَغُوا بِهِ الدِّيَةَ فَأَبَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّموَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لاَ نعلمُهُ يُرْوَى بِهَذَا اللَّفْظِ إلاَّ مِن هَذَا الْوَجْهِ بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ بِهِ الدِّيَةَ فَأَبَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّموَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لاَ نعلمُهُ يُرْوَى بِهَذَا اللَّفْظِ إلاَّ مِن هَذَا الْوَجْهِ بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ

Abu Musa narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, from Hisham ibn Abu Abdullah, from Ikrimah, from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be well pleased with them both), who said: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) sent Mu'adh to Yemen and said: «Verily, you are going to a people of the Book. So let the first thing you call them to be the worship of Allah. When they acknowledge Allah, inform them that Allah has enjoined upon them five prayers during their day and night. When they pray them, inform them that Allah has enjoined upon them zakat from their wealth, to be taken from the rich and given to the poor.»
