حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ نَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ نَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنِ الْمَعْرُورِ عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ كَانَ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَ رَجُلٍ كَلَامٌ وَكَانَتْ أُمُّهُ أَعْجَمِيَّةً فَعَيَّرْتُ بِهَا فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَا أَبَا ذَرٍّ إِنَّكَ امْرُؤٌ فِيكَ جَاهِلِيَّةٌ تُعَيِّرُ إِخْوَانَكُمْ جَعَلَهُمُ اللَّهُ تَحْتَ أَيْدِيكُمْ فَأَطْعِمُوهُمْ مِمَّا تَأْكُلُونَ وَأَلْبِسُوهُمْ مِمَّا تَلْبَسُوهُ وَلَا تُكَلِّفُوهُمْ أَحْسِبُهُ قَالَ مَا لَا يُطِيقُونَ فَإِنْ كَلَّفْتُمُوهُمْ فَأَعِينُوهُمْ وَهَذَا الْكَلَامُ قَدْ رُوِيَ عَنِ الْمَعْرُورِ بِغَيْرِ هَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ رَجُلٍ كَلَامٌ وَكَانَتْ أُمُّهُ أَعْجَمِيَّةً فَعَيَّرْتُ بِهَا فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَا أَبَا ذَرٍّ إِنَّكَ امْرُؤٌ فِيكَ جَاهِلِيَّةٌ تُعَيِّرُ إِخْوَانَكُمْ جَعَلَهُمُ اللَّهُ تَحْتَ أَيْدِيكُمْ فَأَطْعِمُوهُمْ مِمَّا تَأْكُلُونَ وَأَلْبِسُوهُمْ مِمَّا تَلْبَسُوهُ وَلَا تُكَلِّفُوهُمْ أَحْسِبُهُ قَالَ مَا لَا يُطِيقُونَ فَإِنْ كَلَّفْتُمُوهُمْ فَأَعِينُوهُمْ وَهَذَا الْكَلَامُ قَدْ رُوِيَ عَنِ الْمَعْرُورِ بِغَيْرِ هَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Ishaq ibn Ibrahim narrated to us, he said: Waki' narrated to us, he said: al-A'mash narrated to us, from al-Ma'rur, from Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: There was an argument between me and a man whose mother was a non-Arab, and I insulted him on account of her. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: O Abu Dharr, you are a man who still has [traits of] jahiliyyah. [They are] your brothers whom Allah has placed under your authority, so feed them from what you eat, clothe them from what you wear, and do not burden them - I think he said - with what they cannot bear. If you do burden them, then help them. This statement has been narrated from al-Ma'rur through other chains as well.
