حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ وَالْجَرَّاحُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَعْمَرٍ وَاللَّفْظُ لِعَمْرٍو قَالُوا نا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ نَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَثَلُ أَهْلِ بَيْتِي كَمَثَلِ سَفِينَةِ نُوحٍ مَنْ رَكِبَ فِيهَا نَجَا وَمَنْ تَخَلَّفَ عَنْهَا غَرِقَ وَمَنْ قَاتَلَنَا فِي آخِرِ الزَّمَانِ كَانَ كَمَنْ قَاتَلَ مَعَ الدَّجَّالِ وَهَذَا الْكَلَامُ لَا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَّا عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ وَلَا نَعْلَمُ تَابَعَ الْحَسَنَ بْنَ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ عَلَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ أَحَدٌ مَثَلُ أَهْلِ بَيْتِي كَمَثَلِ سَفِينَةِ نُوحٍ مَنْ رَكِبَ فِيهَا نَجَا وَمَنْ تَخَلَّفَ عَنْهَا غَرِقَ وَمَنْ قَاتَلَنَا فِي آخِرِ الزَّمَانِ كَانَ كَمَنْ قَاتَلَ مَعَ الدَّجَّالِ وَهَذَا الْكَلَامُ لَا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَّا عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ وَلَا نَعْلَمُ تَابَعَ الْحَسَنَ بْنَ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ عَلَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ أَحَدٌ

Amr ibn Ali, al-Jarrah ibn Makhlad, and Muhammad ibn Ma'mar narrated to us -- the wording is that of Amr -- they said: Muslim ibn Ibrahim narrated to us, he said: al-Hasan ibn Abi Ja'far narrated to us, from Ali ibn Zayd, from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyab, from Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The likeness of my household [Ahl al-Bayt] is that of the Ark of Nuh. Whoever boarded it was saved, and whoever stayed behind was drowned. And whoever fights us at the end of time is like one who fights alongside the Dajjal." This narration is not known to be reported from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) except from Abu Dharr through this route, and we do not know of anyone corroborating al-Hasan ibn Abi Ja'far on this hadith.
