حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمِسْعَرِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَجَّاجِ قَالَ نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَفِينَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَعَبَّدَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَمُوتَ وَاعْتَزَلَ النِّسَاءَ حَتَّى صَارَ كَأَنَّهُ شَنٌّ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَعَبَّدَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَمُوتَ وَاعْتَزَلَ النِّسَاءَ حَتَّى صَارَ كَأَنَّهُ شَنٌّ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Muhammad ibn Sufyan ibn Muhammad al-Mis'ari narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn al-Hajjaj narrated to me, he said: Muhammad ibn 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Safinah narrated to us, from his father, from his grandfather, may Allah be well pleased with him, that the Prophet, blessings and peace of Allah be upon him, devoted himself to worship before his death and withdrew from women until he became like a worn-out waterskin.
