حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ وَحَوْثَرَةُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ وَخَالِدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ قَالُوا نَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَزَيْدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ وَشِبْلِ بْنِ مَعْبَدٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سُئِلَ عَنِ الْأَمَةِ تَزْنِي قَبْلَ أَنْ تُحْصِنَ قَالَ إِذَا زَنَتْ فَاجْلِدُوهَا ثُمَّ إِنْ زَنَتْ فَاجْلِدُوهَا ثُمَّ إِنْ زَنَتْ فَاجْلِدُوهَا ثُمَّ إِنْ زَنَتْ فَبِيعُوهَا وَلَوْ بِضَفِيرٍ مِنْ شَعَرٍ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سُئِلَ عَنِ الْأَمَةِ تَزْنِي قَبْلَ أَنْ تُحْصِنَ قَالَ إِذَا زَنَتْ فَاجْلِدُوهَا ثُمَّ إِنْ زَنَتْ فَاجْلِدُوهَا ثُمَّ إِنْ زَنَتْ فَاجْلِدُوهَا ثُمَّ إِنْ زَنَتْ فَبِيعُوهَا وَلَوْ بِضَفِيرٍ مِنْ شَعَرٍ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Ahmad ibn 'Abdah, Hawthara ibn Muhammad, and Khalid ibn Yusuf narrated to us, they said: Sufyan ibn 'Uyaynah narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from 'Ubayd Allah ibn 'Abdullah, from Abu Hurayrah and Zayd ibn Khalid and Shibl ibn Ma'bad, that the Prophet, blessings and peace of Allah be upon him, was asked about a slave-girl who commits fornication before being married. He said: "If she commits fornication, flog her. Then if she commits fornication again, flog her. Then if she commits fornication again, flog her. Then if she commits fornication again, sell her, even for a braided rope of hair."
