أَخْبَرَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا شَبَابَةُ بْنُ سَوَّارٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ نَافِعِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّهُ قَالَ تَلُومُونِي فِي التِّيهِ وَقَدْ لَبِسْتُ الصُّوفَ وَاعْتَقَلْتُ الْعَنْزَ وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ فَقَدْ بَرِئَ مِنَ الْكِبْرِ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى بِهَذَا اللَّفْظِ إِلَّا عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ وَلَا نَعْلَمُ لَهُ طَرِيقًا عَنْ جُبَيْرٍ إِلَّا هَذَا الطَّرِيقَ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Al-Abbas ibn Ja'far al-Baghdadi narrated to us, he said: Shababah ibn Sawwar narrated to us, he said: Ibn Abi Dhi'b narrated to us from al-Qasim ibn Abbas from Nafi' ibn Jubayr from his father (may Allah be well pleased with him) who said: 'You blame me for pride, yet I have worn wool and tended goats, and the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: Whoever does that has freed himself from arrogance.' This hadith — we do not know it to be narrated with this wording except from Jubayr ibn Mut'im, and we do not know of any chain from Jubayr except this chain.
