And Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz informed us: Abu al-Abbas Muhammad ibn Ya'qub narrated to us: Abu Muhammad al-Hasan ibn Ali ibn Affan al-Amiri al-Kufi narrated to us: Abu Usamah narrated to us, from Ubaydullah, from Nafi, from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them), who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade that livestock be milked except with the permission of their owners. He said: "Would one of you like that his storeroom, in which is his food, be come upon and what is in it plundered? For the udders of their livestock are like what is in their storerooms."
