أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ فُورَكٍ أنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ نا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ نا أَبُو دَاوُدَ نا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ لَيْثٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّ امْرَأَتَهُ أَتَتْهُ فَقَالَتْ مَا حَقُّ الزَّوْجِ عَلَى امْرَأَتِهِ؟ فَقَالَ لَا تَمْنَعُهُ نَفْسَهَا وَإِنْ كَانَتْ عَلَى ظَهْرِ قَتَبٍ وَلَا تُعْطِي مِنْ بَيْتِهِ شَيْئًا إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ فَإِنْ فَعَلَتْ ذَلِكَ كَانَ لَهُ الْأَجْرُ وَعَلَيْهَا الْوِزْرُ وَلَا تَصُومُ يَوْمًا تَطَوُّعًا إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ فَإِنْ فَعَلَتْ ذَلِكَ أَثِمَتْ وَلَمْ تُؤْجَرْ وَلَا تَخْرُجُ مِنْ بَيْتِهِ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ فَإِنْ فَعَلَتْ لَعَنَتْهَا الْمَلَائِكَةُ مَلَائِكَةُ الْغَضَبِ وَمَلَائِكَةُ الرَّحْمَةِ حَتَّى تَتُوبَ أَوْ تُرَاجِعَ قِيلَ فَإِنْ كَانَ ظَالِمًا؟ قَالَ وَإِنْ كَانَ ظَالِمًا
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Bakr bin Furak informed us... from Ibn Umar, from the Prophet (peace be upon him), that his wife came to him and said: What is the right of a husband over his wife? He said: She should not refuse him herself even if she is on a camel saddle. She should not give anything from his house without his permission; if she does so, the reward goes to him and the sin falls on her. She should not fast a voluntary fast except with his permission; if she does, she has sinned and will not be rewarded. She should not leave his house except with his permission; if she does, the angels curse her - the angels of wrath and the angels of mercy - until she repents or returns.
