وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي بُكَيْرٍ ثنا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ لَيْثٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُبَيْرَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ الْخَالُ وَارِثٌ هَذَا مُخْتَلَفٌ فِيهِ عَلَى شَرِيكٍ كَمَا تَرَى وَلَيْثُ بْنُ أَبِي سُلَيْمٍ غَيْرُ مُحْتَجٍّ بِهِ وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz and Abu Bakr ibn al-Hasan informed us: Abu al-Abbas Muhammad ibn Ya'qub narrated to us: Muhammad ibn Ishaq narrated to us: Yahya ibn Abi Bukayr narrated to us: Sharik narrated from Layth from Abu Hubayrah from Abu Hurayrah from the Prophet (peace be upon him) who said: The maternal uncle is an heir. This is disputed regarding Sharik as you can see, and Layth ibn Abi Sulaym is not relied upon as a proof. And Allah knows best.
