حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا أَفْلَسَ الرَّجُلُ فَالْغَرِيمُ أَحَقُّ بِمَتَاعِهِ إِذَا وَجَدَهُ بِعَيْنِهِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Affan narrated to us, he said: Aban ibn Yazid narrated to us, he said: Qatadah narrated to us, from al-Nadr ibn Anas, from Bashir ibn Nahik, from Abu Hurayrah, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "When a man becomes bankrupt, the creditor has more right to his goods if he finds them intact."
