حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا طَلَاقَ فِيمَا لَا تَمْلِكُونَ وَلَا عَتَاقَ فِيمَا لَا تَمْلِكُونَ وَلَا نَذْرَ فِيمَا لَا تَمْلِكُونَ وَلَا نَذْرَ فِي مَعْصِيَةِ اللَّهِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Yazid told us: Muhammad ibn Ishaq informed us, from Amr ibn Shu'ayb, from his father, from his grandfather, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: "There is no divorce in what you do not possess, no manumission in what you do not possess, no vow in what you do not possess, and no vow in disobedience to Allah."
