حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عِيسَى أَخْبَرَنِي مَالِكٌ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ أَرَادَتْ أَنْ تَشْتَرِيَ جَارِيَةً تُعْتِقُهَا قَالَ أَهْلُهَا نَبِيعُكِ عَلَى أَنَّ وَلَاءَهَا لَنَا فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ لَا يَمْنَعْكِ ذَلِكَ فَإِنَّ الْوَلَاءَ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Ishaq b. Isa told us, Malik informed me, from Nafi', from Ibn Umar, that A'ishah wanted to buy a slave girl to free her. Her family said: "We will sell her to you on condition that her right of patronage belongs to us." She mentioned that to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and he said: "Let that not prevent you, for the right of patronage belongs to the one who frees [the slave]."
