حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ يَعْنِي السَّخْتِيَانِيَّ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ بَاعَ نَخْلًا قَدْ أُبِّرَتْ فَثَمَرَتُهَا لِرَبِّهَا الْأَوَّلِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Muhammad ibn Ja'far told us, Shu'bah told us, from Ayyub - that is al-Sakhtiyani - from Nafi', from Ibn Umar, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Whoever sells palm trees that have already been pollinated, their fruit belongs to the first owner, unless the buyer stipulates otherwise.
