حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو عِمْرَانَ الْجَوْنِيُّ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ بَابَنُوسَ قَالَ ذَهَبْتُ أَنَا وَصَاحِبٌ لِي إِلَى عَائِشَةَ فَاسْتَأْذَنَّا عَلَيْهَا فَأَلْقَتْ لَنَا وَسَادَةً وَجَذَبَتْ إِلَيْهَا الْحِجَابَ فَقَالَ صَاحِبِي يَا أُمَّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ مَا تَقُولِينَ فِي الْعِرَاكِ قَالَتْ وَمَا الْعِرَاكُ وَضَرَبْتُ مَنْكِبَ صَاحِبِي فَقَالَتْ مَهْ آذَيْتَ أَخَاكَ ثُمَّ قَالَتْ مَا الْعِرَاكُ الْمَحِيضُ قُولُوا مَا قَالَ اللَّهُ الْمَحِيضُ ثُمَّ قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَتَوَشَّحُنِي وَيَنَالُ مِنْ رَأْسِي وَبَيْنِي وَبَيْنَهُ ثَوْبٌ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Yazid ibn Babanus said: My companion and I went to Aisha. We sought permission to enter, and she threw us a cushion and drew the curtain. My companion said: "O Mother of the Believers, what do you say about al-'irak (menstruation)?" She said: "What is al-'irak?" And she tapped my companion's shoulder and said: "Stop! You have hurt your brother." Then she said: "What is al-'irak? It is menstruation. Say what Allah said: al-mahid (menstruation)." Then she said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) used to wrap himself around me and touch my head, with a cloth between us, while I was menstruating.
