الترجمة الإنجليزية
Yahya ibn Ghaylan told us: al-Mufaddal told us: Uqayl ibn Khalid al-Ayli told me, from Ibn Shihab, from Urwah ibn al-Zubayr, from A'ishah: that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), when he went to his bed every night, would join his palms together, then blow gently into them, and recite into them: "Say, He is Allah, One," and "Say, I seek refuge in the Lord of Daybreak," and "Say, I seek refuge in the Lord of Mankind"; then he would wipe with them whatever he could reach of his body, beginning with his head and face and whatever was in front of his body. He would do that three times.
