حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ أَنَّ أَفْلَحَ أَخَا أَبِي قُعَيْسٍ اسْتَأْذَنَ عَلَى عَائِشَةَ فَأَبَتْ أَنْ تَأْذَنَ لَهُ فَلَمَّا أَنْ جَاءَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ أَفْلَحَ أَخَا أَبِي قُعَيْسٍ اسْتَأْذَنَ عَلَيَّ فَأَبَيْتُ أَنْ آذَنَ لَهُ فَقَالَ ائْذَنِي لَهُ قَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّمَا أَرْضَعَتْنِي الْمَرْأَةُ وَلَمْ يُرْضِعْنِي الرَّجُلُ قَالَ ائْذَنِي لَهُ فَإِنَّهُ عَمُّكِ تَرِبَتْ يَمِينُكِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abd al-A'la told us, from Ma'mar, from al-Zuhri, from Urwah b. al-Zubayr, that Aflah, the brother of Abu Qu'ays, asked permission to enter upon Aishah, but she refused to permit him. When the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came, she said, "O Messenger of Allah, Aflah, the brother of Abu Qu'ays, asked permission to enter upon me, but I refused to permit him." He said, "Permit him." She said, "O Messenger of Allah, it was only the woman who suckled me, not the man." He said, "Permit him, for he is your uncle by fosterage — may your right hand be rubbed with dust."
