Yazid ibn Harun told us: Muhammad ibn Ishaq told us, from al-Zuhri, from Haram ibn Sa'idah ibn Muhayyisah ibn Mas'ud, who said: He had a slave who was a cupper called Abu Tayyibah, who earned a great deal. When the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade the earnings of the cupper, he sought a concession from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) regarding it, but he refused him. He did not cease speaking to him about it and mentioning his need until he said to him: "Put its earnings into the belly of your watering camel."
