حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ الْكَوْسَجُ أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ ثَوْبَانَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ نُفَيْرٍ أَنَّ عُبَادَةَ بْنَ الصَّامِتِ حَدَّثَهُمْ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَا عَلَى ظَهْرِ الْأَرْضِ مِنْ رَجُلٍ مُسْلِمٍ يَدْعُو اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ بِدَعْوَةٍ إِلَّا آتَاهُ اللَّهُ إِيَّاهَا أَوْ كَفَّ عَنْهُ مِنْ السُّوءِ مِثْلَهَا مَا لَمْ يَدْعُ بِإِثْمٍ أَوْ قَطِيعَةِ رَحِمٍ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abdullah narrated to us: Ishaq ibn Mansur al-Kawsaj narrated to us: Muhammad ibn Yusuf informed us: Ibn Thawban narrated to us, from his father, from Makhul, from Jubayr ibn Nufayr, that Ubadah ibn al-Samit narrated to them that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: There is no Muslim man on the face of the earth who supplicates Allah, Mighty and Sublime, with a supplication, except that Allah gives it to him, or turns away from him an equivalent amount of evil - so long as he does not supplicate for sin or for severing family ties.
