حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ أَسْلَمَ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْجَنَّةُ مِائَةُ دَرَجَةٍ مَا بَيْنَ كُلِّ دَرَجَتَيْنِ مِنْهُمَا كَمَا بَيْنَ السَّمَاءِ وَالْأَرْضِ الْفِرْدَوْسُ أَعْلَاهَا دَرَجَةً مِنْهَا تُفَجَّرُ أَنْهَارُ الْجَنَّةِ الْأَرْبَعَةُ وَمِنْ فَوْقِهَا يَكُونُ الْعَرْشُ وَإِذَا سَأَلْتُمْ اللَّهَ فَاسْأَلُوهُ الْفِرْدَوْسَ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
'Abd al-Samad told us, Hammam told us, Zayd ibn Aslam told us, from 'Ata' ibn Yasar, from 'Ubadah ibn al-Samit, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Paradise has a hundred levels; between every two of its levels is a distance like that between heaven and earth. Al-Firdaws is the highest of them in rank; from it spring forth the four rivers of Paradise, and above it is the Throne. So when you ask Allah, ask Him for al-Firdaws."
