حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ أَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ عَمْرٍو عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ نُفَيْرٍ الْحَضْرَمِيِّ عَنْ مُعَاذٍ قَالَ أَوْصَانِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِعَشْرِ كَلِمَاتٍ قَالَ لَا تُشْرِكْ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا وَإِنْ قُتِلْتَ وَحُرِّقْتَ وَلَا تَعُقَّنَّ وَالِدَيْكَ وَإِنْ أَمَرَاكَ أَنْ تَخْرُجَ مِنْ أَهْلِكَ وَمَالِكَ وَلَا تَتْرُكَنَّ صَلَاةً مَكْتُوبَةً مُتَعَمِّدًا فَإِنَّ مَنْ تَرَكَ صَلَاةً مَكْتُوبَةً مُتَعَمِّدًا فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ ذِمَّةُ اللَّهِ وَلَا تَشْرَبَنَّ خَمْرًا فَإِنَّهُ رَأْسُ كُلِّ فَاحِشَةٍ وَإِيَّاكَ وَالْمَعْصِيَةَ فَإِنَّ بِالْمَعْصِيَةِ حَلَّ سَخَطُ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَإِيَّاكَ وَالْفِرَارَ مِنْ الزَّحْفِ وَإِنْ هَلَكَ النَّاسُ وَإِذَا أَصَابَ النَّاسَ مُوتَانٌ وَأَنْتَ فِيهِمْ فَاثْبُتْ وَأَنْفِقْ عَلَى عِيَالِكَ مِنْ طَوْلِكَ وَلَا تَرْفَعْ عَنْهُمْ عَصَاكَ أَدَبًا وَأَخِفْهُمْ فِي اللَّهِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abdullah told us, my father told me, Abu al-Yaman told us, Isma'il ibn Ayyash informed us, from Safwan ibn Amr, from Abd al-Rahman ibn Jubayr ibn Nufayr al-Hadrami, from Mu'adh, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, advised me with ten matters. He said, "Do not associate anything with Allah, even if you are killed or burned. Do not disobey your parents, even if they command you to leave your family and your wealth. Do not abandon a prescribed prayer deliberately, for whoever abandons a prescribed prayer deliberately, the protection of Allah is free of him. Do not drink wine, for it is the root of every immorality. Beware of disobedience, for through disobedience the wrath of Allah, Mighty and Majestic, descends. Beware of fleeing from the battle line, even if the people perish. And if a plague strikes the people while you are among them, remain steadfast. Spend on your family from your means, and do not withhold your stick from them in discipline, and make them fear Allah."
