حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ جَعَلَ الرُّقْبَى لِلَّذِي أُرْقِبَهَا وَالْعُمْرَى لِلَّذِي أُعْمِرَهَا.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abd al-Razzaq told us: Sufyan told us, from Ibn Abi Najih, from Tawus, from a man, from Zayd ibn Thabit, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, decreed that a ruqba gift belongs to the one for whom it was made a ruqba, and an 'umra gift belongs to the one for whom it was made an 'umra.
