حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ أَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ أَفْلَحَ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ قَالَ أُمِرْنَا أَنْ نُسَبِّحَ فِي دُبُرِ كُلِّ صَلَاةٍ ثَلَاثًا وَثَلَاثِينَ وَنَحْمَدَ ثَلَاثًا وَثَلَاثِينَ وَنُكَبِّرَ أَرْبَعًا وَثَلَاثِينَ فَأُتِيَ رَجُلٌ فِي الْمَنَامِ مِنْ الْأَنْصَارِ فَقِيلَ لَهُ أَمَرَكُمْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ تُسَبِّحُوا فِي دُبُرِ كُلِّ صَلَاةٍ كَذَا وَكَذَا قَالَ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ فِي مَنَامِهِ نَعَمْ قَالَ فَاجْعَلُوهَا خَمْسًا وَعِشْرِينَ خَمْسًا وَعِشْرِينَ وَاجْعَلُوا فِيهَا التَّهْلِيلَ فَلَمَّا أَصْبَحَ غَدَا عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَخْبَرَهُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَافْعَلُوا.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Uthman ibn Umar told us: Hisham informed us, from Muhammad, from Kathir ibn Aflah, from Zayd ibn Thabit, who said: We were commanded to glorify Allah thirty-three times after every prayer, praise Him thirty-three times, and magnify Him thirty-four times. Then a man from the Ansar was shown in a dream, and it was said to him: "Did the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, command you to glorify Allah after every prayer such-and-such?" The Ansari said in his dream: "Yes." He said: "Then make them twenty-five, twenty-five each, and include in them the declaration of Allah's oneness." When morning came, he went to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and told him, so the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Then do so."
