حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ وَعَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ الْمَعْنَى قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ عَنْ أَبِي أَسْمَاءَ وَقَالَ عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ الرَّحَبِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِيمَا يَرْوِي عَنْ رَبِّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ إِنِّي حَرَّمْتُ عَلَى نَفْسِي الظُّلْمَ وَعَلَى عِبَادِي أَلَا فَلَا تَظَالَمُوا كُلُّ بَنِي آدَمَ يُخْطِئُ بِاللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ ثُمَّ يَسْتَغْفِرُنِي فَأَغْفِرُ لَهُ وَلَا أُبَالِي وَقَالَ يَا بَنِي آدَمَ كُلُّكُمْ كَانَ ضَالًّا إِلَّا مَنْ هَدَيْتُ وَكُلُّكُمْ كَانَ عَارِيًا إِلَّا مَنْ كَسَوْتُ وَكُلُّكُمْ كَانَ جَائِعًا إِلَّا مَنْ أَطْعَمْتُ وَكُلُّكُمْ كَانَ ظَمْآنًا إِلَّا مَنْ سَقَيْتُ فَاسْتَهْدُونِي أَهْدِكُمْ وَاسْتَكْسُونِي أَكْسُكُمْ وَاسْتَطْعِمُونِي أُطْعِمْكُمْ وَاسْتَسْقُونِي أَسْقِكُمْ يَا عِبَادِي لَوْ أَنَّ أَوَّلَكُمْ وَآخِرَكُمْ وَجِنَّكُمْ وَإِنْسَكُمْ وَصَغِيرَكُمْ وَكَبِيرَكُمْ وَذَكَرَكُمْ وَأُنْثَاكُمْ قَالَ عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ وَعُسِيَّكُمْ وَبَنِيكُمْ عَلَى قَلْبِ أَتْقَاكُمْ رَجُلًا وَاحِدًا لَمْ تَزِيدُوا فِي مُلْكِي شَيْئًا وَلَوْ أَنَّ أَوَّلَكُمْ وَآخِرَكُمْ وَجِنَّكُمْ وَإِنْسَكُمْ وَصَغِيرَكُمْ وَكَبِيرَكُمْ وَذَكَرَكُمْ وَأُنْثَاكُمْ عَلَى قَلْبِ أَكْفَرِكُمْ رَجُلًا لَمْ تُنْقِصُوا مِنْ مُلْكِي شَيْئًا إِلَّا كَمَا يُنْقِصُ رَأْسُ الْمِخْيَطِ مِنْ الْبَحْرِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abd al-Rahman and Abd al-Samad told us - the meaning being the same - they said: Hammam told us, from Qatadah - Abd al-Samad said: Qatadah told us, from Abu Qilabah, from Abu Asma' - from Abu Dharr, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, in what he reports from his Lord, the Mighty and Majestic: "I have forbidden oppression for Myself, and have forbidden it among My servants, so do not oppress one another. Every son of Adam errs by night and day, then seeks My forgiveness, and I forgive him and do not mind." And He said: "O sons of Adam, all of you were astray except those whom I guided; all of you were naked except those whom I clothed; all of you were hungry except those whom I fed; all of you were thirsty except those whom I gave drink. So seek My guidance and I will guide you, seek clothing from Me and I will clothe you, seek food from Me and I will feed you, seek drink from Me and I will give you drink. O My servants, if the first of you and the last of you, your jinn and your humans, your young and your old, your males and your females, and your yet-unborn and your children, were to be upon the heart of the most pious man among you, you would not add anything to My dominion. And if the first of you and the last of you, your jinn and your humans, your young and your old, your males and your females, were to be upon the heart of the most disbelieving man among you, you would not diminish anything from My dominion, except as much as the head of a needle diminishes the sea."
