حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ حَكِيمٍ عَنْ أَبِي لَبِيدٍ قَالَ غَزَوْنَا مَعَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ كَابُلَ فَأَصَابَ النَّاسُ غَنَمًا فَانْتَهَبُوهَا فَأَمَرَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ مُنَادِيًا يُنَادِي إِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ مَنْ انْتَهَبَ نُهْبَةً فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا فَرُدُّوا هَذِهِ الْغَنَمَ فَرَدُّوهَا فَقَسَمَهَا بِالسَّوِيَّةِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
'Abd al-Rahman ibn Mahdi told us, Jarir ibn Hazim told us, from Ya'la ibn Hakim, from Abu Labid, who said: We went on a military campaign with 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Samura to Kabul, and the people obtained some sheep and plundered them. So 'Abd al-Rahman commanded a caller to announce: "I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: 'Whoever plunders is not of us.' So return these sheep." They returned them, and he divided them equally.
