حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ يَعْنِي التَّيْمِيَّ عَنْ أَبِي الْعَلَاءِ عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَهُ أَوْ لِغَيْرِهِ هَلْ صُمْتَ سِرَارَ هَذَا الشَّهْرِ قَالَ لَا قَالَ فَإِذَا أَفْطَرْتَ أَوْ أَفْطَرَ النَّاسُ فَصُمْ يَوْمَيْنِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Muhammad ibn Abi Adiyy narrated to us, from Sulayman — meaning al-Taymi — from Abu al-Ala, from Mutarrif, from Imran ibn Husayn, that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said to him or to someone else: 'Did you fast the last days of this month?' He said: 'No.' He said: 'When you break your fast — or when the people break their fast — then fast two days.'
