حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ قَالَ جَابِرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُنْتَهِبِ قَطْعٌ وَمَنْ انْتَهَبَ نُهْبَةً مَشْهُورَةً فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا وَقَالَ لَيْسَ عَلَى الْخَائِنِ قَطْعٌ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Muhammad ibn Bakr informed us, Ibn Jurayj informed us, he said: Abu al-Zubayr said: Jabir ibn 'Abdullah said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "There is no hand amputation for the plunderer, and whoever commits a notorious act of plunder is not one of us," and he said, "There is no amputation for the embezzler of trust property."
