حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ زَعَمَ لِي عَطَاءٌ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ يَقُولُ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ أَكَلَ هَذِهِ الشَّجَرَةَ قَالَ يُرِيدُ الثُّومَ فَلَا يَغْشَنَا فِي مَسْجِدِنَا.

'Abd al-Razzaq informed us, Ibn Jurayj informed us, he said: 'Ata' claimed to me, he said: I heard Jabir ibn 'Abdullah say: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "Whoever eats from this plant" — meaning garlic — "let him not come near our mosque."
