حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ حَدَّثَنَا عِكْرِمَةُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ لَمَّا كَانَ يَوْمُ خَيْبَرَ أَصَابَ النَّاسَ مَجَاعَةٌ فَأَخَذُوا الْحُمُرَ الْإِنْسِيَّةَ فَذَبَحُوهَا وَمَلَئُوا مِنْهَا الْقُدُورَ فَبَلَغَ ذَلِكَ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ جَابِرٌ فَأَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَكَفَأْنَا الْقُدُورَ فَقَالَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ سَيَأْتِيكُمْ بِرِزْقٍ هُوَ أَحَلُّ لَكُمْ مِنْ ذَا وَأَطْيَبُ مِنْ ذَا قَالَ فَكَفَأْنَا يَوْمَئِذٍ الْقُدُورَ وَهِيَ تَغْلِي فَحَرَّمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَئِذٍ الْحُمُرَ الْإِنْسِيَّةَ وَلُحُومَ الْبِغَالِ وَكُلَّ ذِي نَابٍ مِنْ السِّبَاعِ وَكُلَّ ذِي مِخْلَبٍ مِنْ الطُّيُورِ وَحَرَّمَ الْمُجَثَّمَةَ وَالْخِلْسَةَ وَالنُّهْبَةَ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Hashim ibn al-Qasim told us: Ikrimah - that is, Ibn Ammar - told us, from Yahya ibn Abi Kathir, from Abu Salamah ibn Abd al-Rahman, from Jabir ibn Abdullah, who said: On the Day of Khaybar, the people were struck with hunger, so they took the domestic donkeys, slaughtered them, and filled the cooking pots with their meat. This reached the Prophet of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. Jabir said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, commanded us, so we overturned the pots. He said: "Allah, Mighty and Majestic, will bring you provision that is more lawful for you than this and better than this." He said: So we overturned the pots that day while they were still boiling. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade that day domestic donkeys, the meat of mules, every fanged beast of prey, every clawed bird of prey, and he forbade animals killed while trapped or restrained, and forbade taking spoils by stealth or by plunder without authorization.
