حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي سَفَرٍ قَالَ فَهَبَّتْ رِيحٌ شَدِيدَةٌ فَقَالَ هَذِهِ لِمَوْتِ مُنَافِقٍ قَالَ فَلَمَّا قَدِمْنَا الْمَدِينَةَ إِذَا هُوَ قَدْ مَاتَ مُنَافِقٌ عَظِيمٌ مِنْ عُظَمَاءِ الْمُنَافِقِينَ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Mu'awiyah told us: al-A'mash told us, from Abu Sufyan, from Jabir, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, was on a journey. He said: A strong wind blew, and he said: "This is for the death of a hypocrite." He said: When we arrived in Madinah, indeed a great hypocrite among the leading hypocrites had died.
