حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمٌ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ أَبِي التَّيَّاحِ وَقَتَادَةَ وَحَمْزَةَ الضَّبِّيِّ أَنَّهُمْ سَمِعُوا أَنَسًا يَقُولُ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بُعِثْتُ أَنَا وَالسَّاعَةُ هَكَذَا وَأَشَارَ بِالسَّبَّابَةِ وَالْوُسْطَى وَكَانَ قَتَادَةُ يَقُولُ كَفَضْلِ إِحْدَاهُمَا عَلَى الْأُخْرَى.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'When a disbeliever does a good deed, he is given a reward for it in this world. As for the believer, Allah stores up his good deeds for the Hereafter and provides him sustenance in this world for his obedience.'
